Christmas Eve Cookies.

So it's Christmas Eve.
Santa's on his way & it's the time for cookie season.
What's better than homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Mhmm.. probably nothing.
So here's my day filled with cookies.
Let's dig in!

For the basic recipe of Chocolate Chip Cookies as follows with the fun and
color coded pictures, hope you guys enjoy & make a batch for your self or
any favorite cookies of yours - treat yourself, it's ok.

You will need - Measuring Cups & Spoons, Mini Spatula, Sifter, Mixing Bowls and Cookie Scoop.

Cookie Sheets, Oven Mittens and Cooling Rack.

& a Kitchen Aid or a beater.

Ingredients - for about 48 cookies
3 cups of flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 sticks of butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
& one big cup of love :)

Scoop flour to sifter and sift flour.
Sifting flour gets all the clumps out that you don't need in your cookies.

Scoop out 3 cups of sifted flour to a separate bowl.

In the Kitchen Aid Mixer Bowl, add the brown sugar, sugar, butter, vanilla.
& Cream them for about 30 seconds.
Creaming is with you mix sugars and butters together to get a creamy texture.

After that, gradually add the flour, baking soda and salt to the mixture for about 2 minutes.

Once that's all mixed together add a cup of chips in.
& mix for about a minute.

Then, spray your pan with butter.
Drop about a tsp ball sized of dough about 2 inches apart.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer them on to the cooling racks.
Cool for about 5 minutes.
Then, enjoy!
Share with someone you love.
Let me know if you bake something sweet or try this recipe
I would love to know.
Anyways, I would love to wish all my readers a
Happy Holiday!
